1. What happens if there’s bad weather?

For light rain, we’ll provide free disposable raincoats. In the case of severe weather, we’ll contact you to find a solution, such as rescheduling or issuing a refund. Don’t worry—our bikes are water-resistant!

2. What is the age limit?

We recommend riders be at least 15 years old. Exceptions can be made for ages 12–14 if the youth is accompanied by a parent and has min. 150cm, 50kg plus excellent riding skills and prior experience. Please contact us in advance to discuss.

3. Can I book more bikes than are listed online?

Absolutely! We have additional SCROOSERS and other e-scooters available. Just email us at info@scroosertour.com to arrange this in advance.

4. What is your refund policy?
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour start time receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time receive a 50% refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
We’re happy to help reschedule your tour if needed. Please contact us as soon as possible!

5. Can I store my luggage in your office?

Of course! Our office is secure, and we’re happy to store your belongings before or after your tour.

6. Is SCROOSER and EBIKE easy to ride?

Yes! Thanks to big and wide tires, it’s extremely stable. Most riders get the hang of it in just 5-10 minutes. Prior experience riding a bicycle is recommended. The rest we expleain you and teach you on test ride before tour.

7. What is the weight limit for the bikes?

The maximum weight limit for our bikes is 130 kg.

8. Do you offer private tours?

Currently, we only offer shared tours. However, feel free to contact us at info@scroosertour.com if you have specific requirements.

9. What should I bring to the meeting point?

Please bring a valid ID (passport or driver’s license) and arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and a quick test ride.

10. Can I rent a SCROOSER or EBIKE without a guide?

We focus on guided tours to ensure you get the best experience. Our local guides lead you through the city, share interesting facts, and help you avoid riding in restricted zones.

What is the difference between the tours and the bikes?

Which tour should I choose?
Grand City Tour (120 min):
Ideal for your first day in Prague. This tour covers all the city’s major highlights in two hours, giving you a great overview and inspiration to revisit your favorite spots later.
• Viewpoints & Castle Tour (90 min):
Perfect if you’ve already explored the Old Town. This tour focuses on scenic viewpoints, riding through parks, and exploring quieter areas.

Should I choose an eBike or a SCROOSER?
eBike: Great for those who enjoy light exercise and a classic cycling experience. The electric motor provides a helpful boost with each pedal, making hills a breeze.
• SCROOSER: A unique, fun option with wide tires and a hand accelerator. It’s perfect for riders looking for a stable, effortless, and stylish experience.

Can I combine eBikes and SCROOSERS in the same tour?

Absolutely! If some members of your group prefer eBikes and others want SCROOSERS, just let us know, and we’ll arrange everything for you.

10. Tips before you travel to Prague

1. Public Transport

Prague’s public transport system is one of the best in the world—fast, reliable, and affordable. A single ticket covers trams, buses, and the metro. Tickets can be purchased at tram stops, machines, or tobacco shops. Don’t forget to validate your ticket immediately to avoid fines!

2. Money Exchange

The best exchange rates in Prague are offered by exchange.cz. Avoid street exchanges, as they often involve scams.

3. Czech Cuisine

Don’t miss traditional dishes like pork knuckle, dumplings, hearty sauces, soups, and fried cheese. Popular snacks include pickled cheese, sausages, Prague ham, and beef tartare. For fast food, try fried Czech cheese with fries and tartar sauce!
